1. After installing the faucet, if it is not used for a long time, scale buildup can occur, causing corrosion of the faucet. If you have just completed renovation and will not move in for a long time, it is recommended not to install the faucet or shower set immediately. Install the faucet about one week before the planned move-in date. (Note: Before installing the faucet, please run water for 1 minute to clean out any residual construction debris and sand in the pipes, then turn off the water and install the faucet.)
2. If the faucet is installed immediately after renovation but the property is not occupied for a period and the faucet is not cleaned, it is recommended not to install the faucet right after renovation. Instead, clean the entire area first, wait for a month, then install the faucet. Also, regularly clean and maintain the faucet surface. Alternatively, install the faucet about one week before the planned move-in date.
3. If the water quality is slightly alkaline or saline, or if acidic or alkaline corrosive detergents are used frequently without regular cleaning, scale buildup can easily occur. Develop good usage habits by cleaning the faucet surface promptly after use. This is especially important in coastal areas to keep the faucet clean and free of water stains after use. Also, be careful to avoid scratches. (Note: 304 stainless steel has good acid corrosion resistance but relatively low alkali corrosion resistance.)
